Three Roseburg boys finish top 20 at Marshfield Invitational golf tourney
KLAMATH FALLS — The Roseburg High School boys golf team finished third in the team standings at the Marshfield Invitational on Monday behind three top 20 individual finishes at the Running Y Ranch Resort in Klamath Falls.
Harrison Scott and Zach Williams both shot 81 on the 18-hole course to finish tied for 12th and lead the way for the Indians. Graham Fisk shot 84 and tied for 18th.
Scott was 8-over after the front nine, but shot just 1-over on the back nine. He finished with his second birdie of the round on the 17th hole and a par on 18.
Roseburg scored 331 as a team and placed third behind South Medford (313) and Sheldon (314), which took first and second, respectively. The tournament had a total of 14 teams competing.
