The Roseburg School District is seeking corporate sponsorship for its new sports complex on the RHS campus.

A new artificial turf softball field is nearing completion behind Finlay Field and is expected to be ready for use this spring. The District is seeking community support to help with the cost of the field and maintenance on the school’s athletic facilities.

“Our students deserve access to safe and quality athletic facilities,” Roseburg Superintendent Jared Cordon said. “We are committed to finding creative ways to fund upkeep and maintenance of our field spaces as we continue to invest in what are essentially large outdoor classrooms.”

The district invites businesses or community organizations and groups to reach out if interested in the sponsorship opportunity. In addition to the sponsorship, the district is interested in selling advertising signage packages. Proposals will be brought to the School Board for public discussion.
