No. 3 Sutherlin 58, No. 4 Coquille 31
The Sutherlin girls conquered the Coquille Red Devils in a battle of top 5 teams. The No. 3-ranked Bulldogs beat No. 4 Coquille 58-31 in a Far West League contest. The loss was the first of the season for the Red Devils. Addyson Clark led Sutherlin with a double-double, finishing with 22 points and 13 rebounds.

Coquille 46, Sutherlin 37
The Sutherlin boys went cold in the second quarter and couldn’t catch up with Coquille in a 46-37 league loss. Dartanyon Calvert led the Bulldogs with a game-high 23 points.

South Umpqua 58, Glide 32
The South Umpqua boys stayed undefeated in league play with a 58-32 win over Glide. Zane Wilborn netted 21 points for the Lancers. Bryce Swain had 13 points for the Wildcats in the loss. 

Glide 38, South Umpqua 37
The Glide girls held on down the stretch for a 38-37 win over South Umpqua. The Lancers chipped away at an 11-point lead but ran out of time on the comeback. Clara Kercher had 15 points for Glide, while Alyssa Wilson tallied 14 points to lead South Umpqua.
