PORTLAND — If you ever had a dream of playing professional basketball, the Portland Trail Blazers are giving hoopers a chance.
Aspiring basketball players have an opportunity to try out for the Rip City Remix, the G League affiliate of the Portland Trail Blazers. The one-day open tryout will be held on September 16 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Blazers Training Facility in Portland.
The open tryout will allow participants to showcase their skills in front of the Rip City Remix’s basketball operations personnel to earn an invite to the Rip City Remix’s training camp in late October.
To attend, athletes must pre-register and pay their non-refundable $300 fee online through Rip City Remix’s official ticketing partner, Tixr. Registration is limited to the first 60 individuals.
