The 68th annual East-West Shrine All-Star Football game, scheduled for Aug. 7 at Baker High School, will feature a number of players and a pair of coaches from Douglas County high schools.

Camas Valley lineman Max Brown will play for the West team and Hornets’ coach Keri Ewing will be on the sideline for the West.

Selected to the East squad were running back/linebacker Josh Davis of Sutherlin, lineman Andrew Hill of South Umpqua and lineman/linebacker Quintin Medley of Glide. Sutherlin’s Josh Gary will be a coach for the East.

The East-West Shrine game is a showcase of the top graduated talent from the 1A-4A classifications.
