The Roseburg High School cheer and stunt team will be hosting high school and youth teams from around the state for the Orange and Black Cheer Challenge Saturday, Jan. 11.
The competition will feature a morning session for rec division teams made up of cheerleaders from kindergarten through 8th grade. The afternoon session will feature high school teams from the 1A through 6A classifications.
The Southern Oregon University dance and cheer team will perform during an intermission before the high school competition.
Doors for the event will open at 8 a.m. and competition starts at 9 a.m. Concessions and vendors will be available on site.
Spectator entry costs $6. Children five-years-old and under get in free.
