Arroyo spent three seasons in Eugene, first as a quarterbacks coach under Willie Taggart in 2017 and then as offensive coordinator under Mario Cristobal for the 2018-19 seasons.
The Oregon offense was ranked second in the Pac-12 Conference in two seasons with Arroyo at the helm. The Ducks averaged 35.4 points and 439 yards per game.
There is no word on whether Arroyo will depart for Las Vegas prior to the Rose Bowl or if he will stay in Eugene for one more game with the Ducks.
