The Oregon Lottery Scoreboard sports betting app was released Oct. 16, allowing Oregonians to place bets on a wide range of professional sporting events. The app can be used on mobile devices located within the state borders and a wide variety of bets can be made, including single-game wagers, parlay, live, in-game betting and more.
