Feb. 21, 2019 – The Days Creek girls kept their season alive with a 42-37 win over Chiloquin in the first round of the 1A state playoffs. Lori Jackson and Kyla Crume led the Wolves with 10 points each in a defensive heavy battle.
Days Creek moves on to face Country Christian in the second round of the state playoffs on Saturday.
The Elkton girls will also be playing in the second round of the 1A state playoffs after a 50-44 road win at Alsea. Aspyn Luzier hit six 3-pointers and scored 20 points to lead the Elks to the upset.
Elkton will square off with Jordan Valley in the second round on Saturday.
