ROSEBURG – A youth gymnastics event is coming to the Douglas County Fairgrounds on Saturday. Gymnasts of varying ages and skill levels from all over the state will come to the Umpqua Basin to compete in the Harvest Invitational Compulsory Gymnastics Meet.

Organizers say over 180 gymnasts will be on hand for the competition, hosted by Umpqua Valley Gymnastics. The event is open to the public and doors open at 8 a.m. The top level finals will take place around 2:30 p.m.
