ROSEBURG – The Roseburg Mat Club will hold its 7th annual dinner and auction on October 13th and tickets are still available. The event is a major fundraiser for the Roseburg Mat Club, which serves young wrestlers from five years old through high school. The club has sent wrestlers all over the country and world to compete against the best wrestlers.
Dinner tickets can still be purchased, $30 for individuals or $50 for a pair. Raffle tickets are also still available for $50, with a grand prize of possibly $2,500. This will be a reverse raffle, where tickets are drawn the week leading up to the dinner and the last ticket remaining will win the grand prize.
The dinner and auction will be held at the Douglas County Fairgrounds on Saturday, Oct. 13. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. For more details or to purchase tickets, contact Kathy at (541) 643-1031.
