SUTHERLIN – Top-ranked South Umpqua volleyball swept Sutherlin in a Far West League match on Tuesday. The Lancers remained undefeated in league play and improved to 9-1 on the year. Sutherlin fell to 0-4 in Far West League action.

Jenna Whitmore help lead South Umpqua to the victory. She tallied 15 kills and 8 digs. Sydnie Johnson had 30 assists and 10 digs for the Lancers. Sydnee Allen had 8 kills and 6 digs to highlight Sutherlin’s effort.
