Preps sports: OSAA awards given to local athletes

The Oregon School Activities Association recently announced its Teams of the Month and Athletes of the Week awards and Douglas County has been well represented.

Yoncalla’s Corbin Russell was named an Athlete of the Week for April 20-26. Roseburg’s Harlee Agee was named an Athlete of the Week for April 27-May 3. The Umpqua Valley Christian baseball team earned the Class 1A Team of the Month award for April.
