College Basketball: Umpqua men begin play at NWAC Tournament

The Umpqua Riverhawks men’s basketball team starts play in the NWAC championship tournament this afternoon against Centralia. The Riverhawks are the South Region No. 1 seed. The Blazers are the West Region No. 4 seed. 

The season is on the line in the single-elimination tournament. The game tips off at noon at Columbia Basin College in Pasco, Washington.
