Roseburg wrestling sweeps double dual against Willamette, South Eugene

Roseburg wrestling took care of business in a Southwest Conference double dual on Wednesday at Willamette High School in Eugene.

The Indians beat South Eugene 83-0 and handled Willamette 78-6. The RHS grapplers also got two wins for the JV team and the Roseburg girls went 6-0 in matches as well.

The Indians had seven pins for varsity wrestlers between the two duals. Roman Leaton and Lucas Bracken had two pins each, both coming in the first round.

The Indians had 19 forfeit victories between the two duals.

Roseburg will continue the season Friday and Saturday at the Coast Classic in North Bend.
