The Sutherlin girls’ basketball team dominated another Far West League season and their run to a league title was well represented in the All-Far West League voting.

Junior post Addyson Clark was named the Far West League Player of the Year and head coach Josh Grotting was voted Coach of the Year. The Bulldogs also landed Madison Huntley, Madison Wagner and Josie Vermillion on the all-league first team, along with Clark.

Douglas boys head coach Bid Van Loon was voted the Far West League boys Coach of the Year. He guided the Trojans to a second place finish. Douglas had three players — Jason Stiles, Jace Page, Dylan Manuel — voted to the all-league first team. South Umpqua’s Matthew Burnett was also a first team selection.
