The Umpqua men’s basketball team begins the 2017-18 season with an alumni game on Saturday, November 11 and head coach Daniel Leeworthy was a guest on Off The Wall on Friday, November 10 to talk about the program. The RiverHawks are celebrating 50 years of men’s basketball at Umpqua Community College and the team is coming off a stellar season that ended in the NWAC Final Four. Leeworthy discusses what he expects out of his three returning sophomores and previews this year’s class of freshman.
