Riverhawks land three on all-NWAC second team

The Umpqua Riverhawks baseball team had three players earn All-NWAC second team honors after finishing second in the South Region this season.
Pitchers Logan Robinson and Lander Parker were joined by utility player Danner Salisbury on the second team selections.
Robinson and Parker helped pitch the Riverhawks to a conference-best 2.22 ERA. Robinson went 7-1 in eight starts, with a 1.36 ERA. Parker came out of the bullpen and had a 3-1 record with 2 saves and a 1.19 ERA.
Salisbury finished the year with a .308 batting average and was the only UCC player to hit .300 or above. He had seven doubles, one triple and 20 RBI.
Umpqua second baseman Payton Smith earned a Gold Glove award for his defensive prowess on the infield.
