Roseburg High School athletic director Russ Bolin was a guest on Off The Wall with Joey Keeran on Friday, April 27 to discuss plans to installs a new artificial turf surface on the school’s football field and resurface the existing track. Bolin talks about how long the project is expected to take and how it will impact athletics during the summer. He also explains why the facilities need upgrades and how much research went into the project.
