The Roseburg boys and girls basketball teams continue to seek their first Southwest Conference victories Tuesday night as they face the South Medford Panthers.

The Roseburg (9-5; 0-2 SWC) boys have challenged their first two league opponents, but haven’t been able to finish down the stretch. On Tuesday, the boys face a South Medford team that has scrapped its way to a 5-9 record overall and 1-2 in conference play.

The Southwest Conference contest tips off at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday. Tune in for coverage from Roseburg High School starting at 6:30 p.m. on CBS Sports Radio 1490 The Score or watch online at 541radio.com.

The Roseburg girls narrowly fell to Willamette on Friday night when a trio of last second shots didn’t drop. Next up, the Indians won’t get an easier task. Roseburg faces defending conference champion South Medford. The Panthers will be eager to rebound after having their 92-game conference winning streak snapped.

The Roseburg girls will tipoff from Medford at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday.

The Sutherlin boys and girls started out Sky-Em League play with wins on Friday and they’ll look to continue as they take the court Tuesday. The Bulldogs are in the midst of a five-game road swing. They won’t play another game on their home court until the end of the month.
