SUTHERLIN – The Sutherlin Bulldogs have hired a familiar face to take over as the new head coach of the football program. Former coach Josh Gary will return to the sidelines to lead the Bulldogs in 2018. He takes over for Sean Radford, who spent six seasons coaching Sutherlin.

Gary previously coached Sutherlin football from 2005 to 2011 and led the Bulldogs to two quarterfinals appearances. He went 34-39 over seven seasons.

His hiring was approved by the Sutherlin School Board during its December 18 meeting.
