The regular season comes to an end for a number of local football teams tonight and post season berths are on the line in quite a few match-ups.

The Roseburg Indians head to North Salem for a non-league contest to finish the regular season. A win for Roseburg and the Indians have a good shot at getting into a playoff game for the first time since 2014. Yet, a victory does not guarantee a playoff berth.

The Indians will have to hope that a win moves them up in the OSAA ranking to claim one of the eight at-large bids. Roseburg sits at No. 32 going into tonight’s game, but most likely needs to be in the top 31 for an at-large berth.

Roseburg and North Salem kickoff at 7 p.m. Tune in for pregame coverage at 6:45 p.m. on 1490 The Score or watch online at 541radio.com.

The South Umpqua Lancers have finished the regular season and tonight they host Stayton in a play-in game. The winner moves on to the first round of the 4A state playoffs. Kickoff from Tri-Cities is scheduled for 7 p.m.

Sutherlin is on the road in a non-league contest at Yamhill-Carlton to end the regular season tonight. Tune in for the season finale on i101-FM with pregame at 6:45 p.m.

The Douglas Trojans have added a non-league game at North Valley to the end of their schedule. The Trojans just missed out on reaching the play-in round for a shot at the state playoffs, so they’ll take on the Knights to wrap-up the season. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.

The Glide Wildcats host the Harrisburg Eagles in a huge Mountain Valley Conference game to end the regular season. The two teams are tied for third and the winner will claim the final automatic playoff spot out of the conference. The loser will most likely miss out on reaching the state playoffs. The game kicks off at 7 p.m. from Glide.

The Oakland Oakers host Lost River for their regular season finale. A win for Oakland would cause a tie between the two teams for second place and the final playoff spot out of the Mountain View Conference. Even if the Oakers lose, they still have a solid chance at reaching the post season as an at-large team thanks to their high ranking. Oakland kicks off at 7 p.m.

And it’s league playoff time at the 1A level. Special District 2 West champ Camas Valley hosts Special District 2 East champion Triad. The Hornets are the No. 3 team in the OSAA rankings and Triad is No. 1. The game kicks off at 3 p.m.

Elkton, the 2-seed in the West welcomes in Chiloquin, the 3-seed in the East. Also in the Special District 2 playoffs, Days Creek hosts North Lake.

In Special District 3 playoffs, division champions North Douglas and Falls City square off. Second place Yoncalla hosts third place Siletz Valley.
