ROSEBURG – There are two games left in the Southwest Conference volleyball season and the Roseburg Indians will face the two teams behind them in the standings on the push to the playoffs.
The Indians need just one more win to clinch a playoff berth. They’ll get their chance Thursday when they host South Eugene. This will be the final home game of the regular season for Roseburg. Tipoff is set for 6:45 p.m.
Thursday night is also the final night of the Far West League season for the South Umpqua and Douglas volleyball teams.
South Umpqua still has a chance to win the league title, but will need to defeat Siuslaw and hope that somehow Marshfield loses to winless Brookings-Harbor. If both teams win, they will finish tied atop the league standings.
The Douglas volleyball team wraps-up its regular season schedule with a home game against North Bend at 6 p.m.
