The University of Oregon football team is back in the top 25 polls after defeating the Wyoming Cowboys 49-13 to begin the season 3-0.

Oregon was receiving votes in both the Associated Press top 25 and the USA Today Sports Amway Coaches Poll after starting the year with a 77-21 win over Southern Utah. After the Ducks’ latest win they moved to No. 24 in both polls. It’s the first time Oregon has been in the top 25 of either poll since week two of last season.

The Pac-12 has five teams in the AP and coaches poll. USC is the top ranked Pac-12 team at No. 5 in both polls. The Trojans dropped one spot in each poll after narrowly escaping an unranked Texas team in double-overtime. Washington (AP – 7/Coaches – 6), Washington State (AP – 18/Coaches – 18), and Utah (AP – 23/Coaches – 21) are the other Pac-12 teams in the polls.

Alabama remained No. 1 in both polls, followed by Clemson, Oklahoma, Penn State, and USC.
