WINSTON – The Douglas baseball team topped the Glide Wildcats 5-4 in eight innings on Wednesday.

Glide outhit Douglas 5-3, but couldn’t capitalize on the advantage or the three errors committed by the Trojans.
North Douglas softball beat Myrtle Point 11-1 in five innings on Wednesday. Nicki Derrick hit a solo home run for the Warriors and freshman Hope Morgan threw a one-hitter.
