EVERETT, WA – Umpqua freshman Jordan Stotler had her third triple-double of the season and the Lady Riverhawks raced to a huge 84-49 victory against Treasure Valley in the first round of the Northwest Athletic Conference tournament on Saturday.

Stotler finished the game with 33 points, 19 rebounds, and 10 blocked shots. The Riverhawks were never challenged in the match-up, as they raced out to a 22-8 lead in the first quarter. The lead just continued to grow for Umpqua. The Riverhawks were up 23 at the break and lead by 39 going to the fourth period.

Bria Thames added a double-double for UCC, with 20 points and 15 rebounds. Dajanay Powell scored 18.

Gentry Oldham netted 10 points for the Chukars and was the only Treasure Valley player to reach double figures.

The Umpqua women move on to quarterfinals of the NWAC tournament, where they will face Peninsula. The Pirates have knocked the Riverhawks out of the championship bracket the past two seasons, but UCC will be the higher seed going into the match-up.
