GLIDE – After starting the season 3-3, the Glide boys basketball team bounced back with a strong win over Rogue Valley 51-35. From the very start the Wildcats took advantage of their size and shooting as they jumped out to a 16-9 first quarter lead. Dillon Towne led the Wildcats with 11 points and 13 rebounds.

Glide coach Jeff Smith said “We came out strong, set a tempo early. I wasn’t really happy with our board play but we did what we needed to do to get a win.”

Glide moved to 4-3 on the season with the win. The Wildcats play at Reedsport Wednesday.
