EUGENE – The No. 23 Oregon men’s basketball team stretched its home winning streak to 28 games with a scrappy 68-63 win over Boise State on Monday.

The Ducks trailed the Broncos nearly the entire game, but took their first lead of the second half on a Dylan Ennis 3-pointer with 3:29 left to play. The shot capped a 10-0 run by Oregon, helping get the Ducks back in the game after trailing Boise State by as many as 14 points.

Payton Pritchard drained a long two later in the half to give Oregon a 65-60 lead, its largest of the game. Boise State didn’t relent and battled back to within two points, but the Ducks held on by making three of four free throws in the final 12 seconds.

Ennis led Oregon with 18 points. Tyler Dorsey chipped in 17 points for the Ducks. Chris Boucher had a team-high eight rebounds and five blocked shots.

The Ducks will next host Western Oregon on Wednesday. The Wolves are 3-3 on the year and coming off an appearance in the NCAA Division II Final Four last year.

On the Western Oregon roster is Glide High School graduate Connor Thompson, who has played limited minutes in three games so far this year. Oakland High School grad Josh Reber is an assistant for Wolves head coach Jim Shaw.
