MONMOUTH, OR – The Roseburg cross country teams finished in the middle of the pack at the Ash Creek Cross Country Fesitval on Saturday at Western Oregon University in Monmouth.

The Indians were one of many teams competing at the meet, which had collegiate, high school, and middle school races taking place. The Roseburg girls finished 19th out of 33 teams, while the boys were 17th out of 35.

The girls’ top finisher was junior Adrienne Powell, who crossed the finish line with a time of 21:49. Crossing the line first for the Roseburg boys was sophomore Elijah Hansen, who had a time of 17:54.6.
