BAY AREA, CA – The Oregon schools are headed to the Bay Area for the week to take on Cal and Stanford in Pac-12 men’s basketball action.
The Oregon Ducks put their No. 11 ranking, six-game winning streak, and first place status on the line Thursday when they visit the Cal Bears. Oregon is hot and leads the Pac-12 Conference, but they will take on a Bears team that is undefeated (14-0) at home this season. The contest begins at 6 p.m. and pregame coverage gets underway at 5:30 p.m. on News Radio 1240 KQEN.
The Oregon State Beavers have turned the season around with a pair of wins against the Mountain Schools last weekend. Now OSU has to hit the road, where the Beavers are just 2-5 this season. Oregon State visits Stanford on Thursday. The Cardinal have lost three-straight games, all on the road, and the team will most likely be excited to be home. The Beavers and Standord tipoff at 8 p.m. Tune in for pregame coverage starting at 7:30 p.m. on 1490 The Score.
