ROSEBURG – The regular season comes to an end Tuesday night for the Roseburg boys and girls basketball teams.

The Indians will face the Grants Pass Cavemen to finish the year. The girls hit the road with hopes of remaining ranked high enough to claim a berth in a play-in game later in the week. The Roseburg girls are right on the bubble and a win would go a long way to clinching a post season berth. The girls will know their fate on Thursday night when the rankings freeze.

The Roseburg boys are playing their final game of the season at home and will honor four seniors before the game. Graduating from the program are Matt Stone, Jack Christner, Treven Jacks, and Michael Lookabaugh.

Both games tipoff at 6:45 p.m. Listen to the boy’s game on 1490 The Score or watch the game streaming live online at 541radio.com. Pregame coverage starts at 6:30 p.m.

The basketball state playoffs begin Tuesday night for the 1A classification. The North Douglas boys host Chiloquin in the first round of the 1A state playoffs. North Douglas finished the regular season ranked fourth by the OSAA, while Chiloquin was 14th.

The game tips off at 7 p.m. in Drain.
